The item I ordered online wasn't available. When I went to get my money back, the store didn't know how to refund me for the item I purchased. They tried to tell me that I needed to call a number to get them to send me my money. I said very nicely that I ordered from the store so I would really appreciate you figure out how to give me a refund now since I'm picking up my food. Eventually she figured out how to give me a refund but in the future that should be something that should be standard. If someone orders from the store and they don't have an item the money should be refunded immediately.
